  Donald M. MacDonald, Founder & Principal
 
  Mr. MacDonald brings over twenty-five years executive experience in health care systems clinical, educational and research collaboration and development, operations, internet/intranet evidence-based information systems applications, technology transfer, and strategic initiatives. Most recently, over the last ten plus years, his focus has been on emerging and novel eco-friendly antimicrobial technologies, the coatings and building materials industry and commercialization of same. He has originated and co-developed a web-enabled information system for new product opportunity assessment and targeting, performance measurement and competitive positioning. He is an expert in building collaborative relationships (internal and external), gaining buy-in for new ideas, and driving strategic initiatives through industries undergoing substantial regulatory or structural change. Mr. MacDonald brings leadership, a deep understanding of science, process, cultural and market trends and the ability to acquire sound intelligence leading to better strategic decisions. He received a Master’s Degree from Cornell University, The S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management.
